The device is used for monitoring protective atmospheres in food packaging and welding. Applications include continuous gas analysis and mobile sampling via a suction needle. The system is available as a single or double analyser for carbon dioxide, oxygen and helium. Alarm signals are given if the set limits are exceeded and a potential free contact operates to stop the process. Only minimum sample gas is required so that even the smallest units can be analysed, opening up completely new dimensions for quality control. Integrated pressure compensation stands for steady, precise measuring results. High-speed measuring cells react in 2 seconds, with many possibilities for storing and exporting the data. The system has a progressive user concept with a touch screen measuring nearly 6" for all inputs, which is even easy to use when wearing gloves. An extensive product and user management make the system interesting for large companies.
